Project Summary

Tree Removal with Rootball
- Remove 34 trees with rootballs.
- Cut trees into 6-foot or smaller pieces using a chainsaw.
- Fill the rootball hole back in and rough grade
Concrete Removal
- Remove 10 concrete pads/flatwork of various sizes.
- Saw cut from the existing 7x9 sidewalk score.
Plumbing, Electric Panels, and Posts Removal
- Remove all water, sewage, posts, and electricity to 1 foot below grade. (76 stations)
- Haul away all metal and trash generated from the demo/removal.
- Includes removal of 2 structures/patio covers.
